Venue: Modern Chinese style decor. Partitioned each table. Increased privacy. Comfy chairs with cushions. Each table is hotpot setting. Self-service section (various dipping sauce, fruitsand desserts) for hotpot in the center. It tells how to mix the sauces. Public toilets in Cityplaza. --- 8/10 Service: a teapot of red tea 靜山紅茶was served after to be seated. Order food and drinks via QR code. Food served fast. Disposable aprons were given. Decent toothpicks, serveitte, and wet tissue were in drawers. Waitpersons were nice and polite. But, they didn't tell what appetizers and dessert were. Pay at the cashier. --- 7.6/10 Variety of Tea: The brand is "Teametea" (茶米茶). Half price with set. Foods: Besides hotpot, takeaway (11am-5pm) and lunch set are available. Tried 2 lunch sets: Large portion. Good prices. Well-presented in a wooden food tray. All lunch sets include 3 side dishes: 1) spicy duck's blood & Tofu: big cubes (2pcs each) and very good, 2) Taiwanese Braised Cabbage: with some b minced pork & mushrooms and carrots, 3) 2 seaonal appetizers: one was fish's skin. Another was spicy - Sichuan style Fish Noodle with Pickles set, $98: good portion of thick fish slices. Fish wasn't overcooked. The soup wasn't spicy, and there was not many chili. Noodles were ok. --- 7.2/10 - Taiwanese style Deep-fried Chicken & Minced Pork Rice set, $78: a big bowl of rice. There is a deep-fried egg. Crispy chicken. 7.3/10 Dessert: Every customer will be given a small jelly with tangerine segments. Not overly sweet.

Considering our set wasn't all-you-can-eat, it was no less satisfying with the quality of the soup and the thinly sliced meats, especially the juicy beef (australian, I believe?). Everything was well made, the seafood was quite fresh as well. The bubble tea that comes with the set is so good. Was slightly pricey but certainly worth it for the quality if food. We'd love to see more complimentary side dishes & drinks. Only caveat was the seats were very secluded and service was very slow. It took a great deal of effort just to get the waiter to notice our group.

A hot pot place located in Cityplaza Taikoo. I have been to this place twice once for a veg meal and a non veg meal. The experience was very good and the base broth was very flavorful. You can choose your assortment of veggies or meats as a side to be cooked in the hotpot. An experience everyone must try if you are in Hongkong unlike any other meals. This place also provides other spices to make the broth as per your preference and taste. A good experience which I will recommend and also go back to again.

We made a reservation online for 8pm when we arrived there were a line in front of us so we waited. When we tried to tell the reception guy that we have a reservation he said “ everyone here has a reservation” with an attitude ! When we are in front the line this guy then told us we are 10min late so our table is gone and we have to cue up. This is the most ridiculous experience with a receptionist we’ve ever had. If the owner is reading this you may want to consider rearranging your staffing as this guy is clearly not there to help. We went there July...
