Fairwood — Restaurant in Islands District

Taste of their food is always disappointing. I have never felt "the food is good. I like it" in fairwood, even every fairwood branch. The only reason I go there is I don't have other more convenient choices nearby. This branch has a special feature. That's the staffs like cleaning the floor. Most of time when I eat there, I see one of them sweep and then mop the floor. Maintaining the cleanliness is appreciated. BUT dust is flying and floor becomes slippery when they clean the floor. That's polluting my food and customers are likely to slide down. And the staffs who clean the floor don't hesitate to ask me and the other customers to lift our legs when they clean the areas under our tables. I don't know how their working procedure and instructions are. For sure that's killing my mood. Really regret to eat there. I pay for my food to eat there but they don't know how to...

In average,the food here at Fairwood I would personally says acceptable for a quick bite though. I much prefer their lunch and dinner menu with great varieties of selection to choose from and also very much value for money too. As for the breakfast,not much of comments because personally i don't really like the soupy noodles nor the plain toast - milk tea acceptable😉. Always putting the trainee in the cashier , the trainees dun know the rules about ordering the food and ask the customer to order the combo.
