My Thai in Tung Chung is a decent spot for Thai food, though it’s hit or miss. The Thai basil minced pork with rice is flavorful and satisfying, but the beef red curry falls short—it’s not spicy as they say and has an odd addition of pineapple which I couldn’t continue having. The tom yum soup is solid, though that’s pretty standard for any Thai restaurant, but needs to be served before the main meal. The ambience is average with an oversized bar in the middle, and a basic, casual setup at best. Service is however quite friendly and good.
