Nabe Urawa — Restaurant in Islands District

Hotpot heaven in Tung Chung! I had an amazing dining experience at Nabe Urawa in Citygate Outlets. If you're a fan of Japanese-style hotpot, this place is a must-visit. The all-you-can-eat menu is packed with premium options—Australian Wagyu, SRF American Black Angus, fresh seafood, and even handmade shrimp balls with salted egg yolk centers.

The soup bases were flavorful—especially the black garlic pork bone broth, which turned incredibly rich after cooking seafood in it. The self-service area had a wide variety of sauces, drinks, and desserts (yes, there's a cotton candy machine and soft serve ice cream!).

Service was attentive and friendly, and the space felt clean and comfortable. I loved how they kept refilling ingredients and checked in to see if we needed more broth.

Feeling being scammed. Chose the highest set for dinner, only two plates come with the grade as described. Later on when we ask for another plate, the quality went down. The marble pattern changed and the label name is different. The staff explained that the kitchen placed the wrong label and took the label away, leaving us eyes wide open with different wagyu.

I asked them to change and came back with a worse plate. There is less marble and cutting was terrible.

Well, well, well. A $659( 80% to $558) all you can eat serves you only two plates quality beef. And the shrimp is not fresh. We have two rounds of abalone instead. The salade was not touched that evening, may due to visible rotten leaves.

Drinks are more than enough. They have sauce station thay you can make your own. Desserts are differ from time to time.
