Starbucks Reserve’s coffee is alright. When you’re paying the Reserve price, you’d expect a slightly better environment than typical Starbucks.
Sadly it wasn’t the case in this visit of mine. A guy sitting next to me was talking on the phone and making many phone calls the whole time, which was fine I mean everybody’s entitled to talk on the phone. But for one he was talking very loudly, and for another he was on speaker phone the whole time.
What made it even more disappointing was that the staff, although moving in and out of the Reserve counter and totally witnessed the nuisance this is causing other customers, didn’t intervene and politely asked that man to keep it down.
