Very tight space. Go there weekday when they open when not busy. No AC at all. OMG the washroom is the smallest washroom I ever went to compared to any normal washroom you go to in Vancouver. I basically fit in and not look and go and come out. I had to squeeze into the washroom. This will be shocking for westerners (I come from Vancouver). The doggie noodle had great reviews but it's all 100% CARBS and lots of msg -not healthy but well tasted good. Definitely KETO SUICIDE. I didn't go back, the food tastes good but suicidal. If you are healthy, you can give it a try, otherwise suicidal with 100% carbs and sauces.

There is a story behind doggie noodle, the noodle was originated from poor economy times in chinese it was originally called help proverty noodle and then the tone switched and then called doggie noodle, it is basically 100% white flour sliced in small shapes with a lot of sauces. This noodle saved many people during poverty and hunger. BUT TODAY, with obesity (and depression) being top killers, not the best food to eat for majority of people. A blue moon snack if you are healthy otherwise again suicidal for people with at least some sugar, cholesterol or...

This place is famous for the doggie noodles with the first branch in Jordan and now they have branches everywhere. Although I have not tried it, I tried their modern joint in Causeway Bay called GUM JENG for other snacks but not the soup. Went here and tried the duck soup and it was quite a big bowl. It was really nice, basically thick gravy in my definition with fine strands of duck in it. Personally I would rather dip chips in it. The soup was loaded with shredded black fungas, duck and glass vermicelli, which has been soaked in soup for too long because the glass vermicelli was fat like angel hair! It was quite salty so I really think it could go with rice or chips and it would be good if the duck meat wasn’t disintegrated into silk because it makes the soup look cloudy. They had this other option of soup with duck leg which seems messy to eat but duck and gravy...

Considering that this place has had celebrities come in, it was super lucky that it was super quiet when I went the shops kinda small The worker there kinda just mind their own business unless serving food (great for introverts lol) The food was served SUPER QUICK. Each bowl of soup was super hearty and unique in their own way. each bowl is not super big and so you have room to taste other dishes The homemade tea is also refreshing! also a great place for hangover because it's 24 HOURS! SUPER YUMMY! would come...

A tiny shop open 24hrs selling a few small dishes served in small cups. A stand out street food vendor with seating inside and selling wholesome Hong Kong style food. The reasonable prices coupled with the delicious signature noodles are most likely the reason they have the coveted Michelin status in the area. I ordered the signature doggie noodles and it was really good. They also have condiments to make it more spicy if you wish. Overall a really good experience and would recommend anyone to check it out for yourselves

Very yummy and reasonably priced local comfort food. The "doggie" noodles which they're famous for are short, fat, chewy rice noodles in a rich soup. The roast duck and faux shark fin soup is very flavourful and the soup is thick and full of ingredients. Portions look small but are very filling. The place is clean for this type of establishment.
