Super nice dessert also known as tong sui. I love their 雷沙湯圓, so fresh and still hot while you eating. Thanks to my HK friend who bring us to have this delicious local tong sui. The tong sui not so sweet and it really taste good. My HK friend recommended us to take 潮州綠豆邊清心丸, quite nice. My mom as usual took 番薯糖水, the soup really spicy because of ginger. Taste yummy too. We went there again on our last day in HK, we have ordered 紅豆蛋 and the other one is 蓮子蛋. The eggs really nice and fresh. One of my favourite tong sui is red bean soup and i really love it coz it's not sweet and very smooth. I'm gonna miss this tong sui place. I will be back again for my next visit.

潮州合成糖水 is a long-established traditional dessert shop located in Kowloon City, Hong Kong. This was my second visit, and unfortunately, the environment left much to be desired. There was an unpleasant smell reminiscent of a sewage drain, which made for a rather uncomfortable dining experience. I ordered their signature dessert and coconut black glutinous rice dumplings. While the flavors were decent, the prices were surprisingly high! The value for money is quite low. If you're really keen to try it, I would recommend opting for takeout and enjoying it at home instead.

For dessert, food decorations is quyite important. Even though the food is fairly good, the decorations of the food are done poorly, simply distributing the peanut crumb is a better or even way to bring the dish to another level and won't waste too long. Had another sweet soup but forgot to take pictures, the sweet soup is just as old as their store with not much improvement yet food is not in prime or top level. It's important to maintain the traditional way but also improve along. With that the restaurant can be better the next time I visit.

Not my usual place for dessert, especially chinese style, everything on the menu basically contains lotus seeds, a chinese ingredient that I do not like, a bit starchy. Anyway I got the chiu chow style dessert with split green beans, water chestnuts and the compulsory lotus seeds, it was totally different to the one I had at this other chiu chow joint, it is totally watery here, and has lots of bubble on the surface! Luckily I ordered the cold version with ice, it helped cool down the dessert and diluting the sweetness of it, also the shop had no air con, so it got a bit hot and stuffy. As for the other dessert, another weird mix of ice-cream, lotus seeds, and...
