Huo Guo Tou — Restaurant in Kowloon

I’ve been there many times now. Their ingredients are excellent and fresh. We ordered lobster sashimi and had the head fried with salt and pepper. We all love it so much. Sashimi geoduck was another highlight. Our favourite soup base were the winter melon soup and the tom yum kung. We had it many times and still can’t get over how good they are.

We were 4 and we booked about 3 hrs before arriving. It was a Thursday and we arrived 8.30pm. It wasn't packed but when we ordered, they could not deliver 1/3 of the food, their recommended pot and seafood were all out of stock. We were very disappointed to be honest.
