Must eat!
Location: 10-15 min walk from MTR, very close to a 7/11 if you want grab a drink to go with the pastries.
Food: very good. We came too early for the pudding bread so had to wait in the area for an hour. That special bread is ready around 11:45am. Because of that, we had a chance to try their pistachio pancake, which is ready at 11:30am. Back to the pudding bread, it is delicious both hot and cooled. The bread part is soft and the pudding is not too sweet. A great combination. We also tried their crispy egg tart, again, tasted good. The custard was sweeter than the pudding and it was super silky. Another must try is their ciabatta with bacon, edamame and with basil and tomatoes. The texture was perfect, crispy outside and soft inside. Lastly, my only disappointment is the purple yam mochi bread. That’s purple color is way too strong and didn’t taste like purple yam.
Recommendation: add some sugar to the pudding of the pudding bread, and torch it! Make a crème brûlée bread! That’ll add a layer of texture, and should elevate it even more! I’ll totally pay extra for it!
Service: fast paced, very normal in HK
Price: most breads are 8-15 HKD.
Overall: definitely be back...

Taste: absolutely love the bread there. Will go get the baguette 🥖 when I passed by the shop. Is a sourdough type baguette. I’m not an expert on sourdough, but I really love the baguette there. Crispy outside and soft inside, even though I keep in the fridge for a week. ( need to put into oven, and heat up for 3-5 mins ) Others pastry are all good. Worth to try and all in reasonable pricing.
