Upon visiting the mall, I have to say that I was impressed with its modern and spacious appearance. The mall looks very clean and well-maintained, which is always a plus. However, one thing that stood out to me was the sheer size of the mall. It can be quite difficult to navigate around the different sections, and it almost feels like a maze at times.

On the positive side, the mall has a wide variety of shops and eateries to choose from, which is great for shoppers looking for a range of options. Additionally, the mall has plenty of seating areas and restrooms, which is a nice touch for those who need to take a break or freshen up.

Despite the mall's size and maze-like layout, I found that the signage and maps are helpful and easy to follow, which can make navigating the mall a bit easier. The lifts and elevators are super big, giving a lot of room to many shoppers.

I loved all the restaurant and cafe options that they had; asian food, chinese food, western food, confectionery shops and cafes/delis. They also have a food court which is a amazing option to choose when you want to eat a variety of cuisines.

The mall is also in a very convenient area. Parking is easy and straightforward, and there are many restaurants and shops outside of the plaza.

I love this place overall! Very convenient and lots of restaurants and shops to...

MOKO is the best new shopping mall in Mong Kok. MOKO has recently been renovated. Since its renovation, MOKO has transformed from a dull shopping & eating experience to an amazing place that nears and starts to exceed the Langham Place Shopping Mall in Mong Kok. MOKO has an extraordinary range of food options from local Cantonese cuisine to Western Food options, making it one of the most diverse shopping and food centers in Mong Kok. Its location is extraordinarily convenient. Located atop the Mong Kok East station, MOKO is situated at the boundaries between Mong Kok & Prince Edward. The Mong Kok East station connects the New Territories to Kowloon and Mong Kok's bustling streets. The new MOKO renovation is a big step up from its previous state and is definitely recommended if you are looking to find a great range of food options or also shop around for things. The MOKO also houses the incredible Japanese Super Market YATA and also has a great range of fashion stores and baby stores to fit a wide range of tastes and budgets. Its close proximity (literally a few steps) to the local Mong Kok Street Life is also a big plus to discover and experience the neighborhood and venture to other amazing areas like Prince Edward and...

Its a nice place, way better than before, but the problem is that the escalators are very confusing.

To make matters worst, the management staff barricades customers inside so that they can do cleaning early. If you show up at 9:30pm to 10pm there are loads of barricades without signages, so you have to figure out how to get down from the upper floors. This is so dangerous for fire escapes and accidents. It took me 15 minutes to leave the mall last time because my family and I had to divert and divert all the passage ways to being able to reach the ground floor. I certainly hope the mall knows what they are doing as this is rediculously dangerous to the health and safety of people.

The other thing is the washrooms. Can you imagine they lock this after 9:30pm? Amazing. They would start from the top and work downwards while locking the washrooms after cleaning. So customers who have just finished their meals are not able to use their facilities and are forced to leave after a meal in their mall.

Never seen anything like this in the world……Even the worst malls in the world does cleaning overnight. This is just rediculous, and causes danger and...
