"MK watch" shop 11,G/F, Paradise square, No.3 Kwong Wa Street, Mongkok Kowloon Hongkong. Sold me a JG2103-72X citizen watch. The watch had a defect and came along side with a warrenty card (1 yr). I bought the watch on the 8th of feb. The owner also did not give me the warrenty card when I paid. I asked him for it but did not ask if the watch had a 7 days return back policy. The watch was defected so I went to return the watch and get a new one or recieve my cash back but the owner "Kong" 28860025 was racist. He said (diu lei and murmered cano swear words at me)did not treat me with proper respect, he threatened to call the cops when I tried to be patiant and cooperate when i had the warrenty card. He speaks english but he refused to speak to me he refused refund. He called the cops. The cops here were racist as well as the shop owner. In the end got a renew watch -1 return experience. I still have the warrenty card.
