From flawless speedy delivery in the past to a nightmare since HK started to operate locally. Placed online order on September 6th (since items I needed were not available in MK store). After delivery did not arrive in promised 3-4 days (which in the past was even 2-3 days) and the order still had status "in preparation" on their site went to MK store again. After checking the order the person told me that some items were missing, therefore the total order is on hold (which was not communicated before at all and presumingly only the order for "in stock" items can be placed). Removed missing items to ensure that the shipment departs immediately. Received a phone call in 2 hours that something else was missing (again?!), also agreed to remove. Was assured that order will arrive on Friday. On Thursday September 14 still no change of the order status. Email to the Customer Service, followed by the call to the customer Service - again happy re-assurance that the order would arrive on Friday. On Thursday night (!) got an e-mail from the customer service that the order has been just dispatched from Decathlon DC in Mainland China (3 days after all changed were made to secure immediate shipment) and would arrive on Saturday or Monday. Along all my communication by e-mail, facebook and on the phone I mentioned multiple times that this order contains birthday present for my daughter and birthday party giveaways for the guests, therefore I really need to to be there on Friday the latest. Now it is arriving AFTER the party. Yes, I can return it by going to the physical store for the third time since it started. But I am left without the carefully planned giveaways right before the party with no time to re-arrange the things. And by the way, the payment was charged for all items without any delay. The Customer Center in Hong Kong has no clue what is happening. Instead of helping they are actually misleading with their comments and promises. If I knew that the shipment does not arrive on time several days ago I would have had time to go for plan B. Now it is too...

Read moreWorst decathlon experience ever. Me and my friends are passionate about boxing so we heard the decathlon has boxing equipments. So the first thing we planned to do after going gym was to go there and check out the boxing equipments. We went there started browsing and then ended in the boxing area. After few tries of the boxing gloves and mitts one of the staff came to us and started saying don’t use it if u don’t know how to box, I found this very offensive because I am extremely passionate about being a boxer. Secondly the guy was extremely rude about it and he said don’t come back if u don’t know how to box. At the end the guy took picture of me because I asked for the manager. Sadly the manager...
