My sister and I stayed at a motel just a few blocks from here. We frequented this place often to eat the foods and snacks we bought from nearby. We loved how there was plenty of benches and spaced apart well. We were there during the time when Covid protocols were still in place, and everyone (99.9%) of Hong Kongers were still wearing masks back in Dec 2022.
Our favorite eateries were all walking distance from this park. On some days, you'd see locals playing badminton without a net. I even got invited to join their game! It was so fun, though I was not good at it and quickly left the game after trying just for a few seconds. :)
I will always have fond memories of this place.
