Of course I am not looking for service like we have in Japan, but the “I don’t really care” look just me me feel not quite comfortable. It is a bit stingy to just give us a half full glass of water. We ordered 4 ramens, and to be fair, the ramens taste okay. Portion wise, IMHO they are a bit small. And if you really have a chance to dine in this restaurant, just forget about the snacks...we had octopus balls which is small and taste like frozen food, shrimp cake taste no shrimp, and deep fried octopus legs, I would say okay. And what surprise me is I had an Easter egg just like at the end of a movie. I had my last bite of pork together with a piece of string...I know it’s not harmful to health but just don’t...

food was actually great and tasted like Ramen that would have cost over a hundred. however, the shop interior is slightly old which then made me feel their food cannot charge higher even if they wanted to.

hygiene was also a big issue. I ordered a bowl of rice but they didn't have rice. the server took an empty bowl to the shop next door and brought back a bowl of rice unwrapped and he went back and forth with my bowl of rice out the street a few times. food was great but maybe should improve...

I went here a couple of times a few years ago and remember the soup being extremely thick and rich. Nowadays it’s thinner and slightly oilier but still the best ramen in Hong Kong. We got the ramen served in 13 minutes. It was soooo nice. Get the hard noodles + torch flamed pork!!!!!! (I would also love if they had grated sesame or raw garlic by the table). Regardless, this is seriously the best authentic ramen and the ratings of this place need to be higher (I think the chef...
