This is the best place to eat in local Hong Kong style! As a tourist myself, I actually took my local friend to try out this restaurant and turns out to be the best and new experience for both of us. Not only the food was simple and great, marinated with flavours, we tried a speciality that use to be popular in the previous years. According to an elderly women we shared a table with. The drink we order is called 奶水蛋 (nai shui dan), no idea what the English translation is, it’s milk with raw egg which you mix. This drink is only on the Chinese menu and not on the English menu. I assume they think it may sound oddly surprising to the tourist and may not suit to their taste but honestly to me it taste like mango milk tea; no raw egg taste so I’d highly recommend it. Tho the staff did try to avoid telling the tourist customers not to try even though we recommended to them, I think the staff should promote it in a more positive way because in my opinion, this drink so rare and so we should keep the tradition going. Anyways, I love it and I would definitely come back for that...

Went to a "Cha Chaan Teng", translated as tea restaurant.

Established during the British colonial era, the menu is usually a creative fusion of international dishes with a Hong Kong twist.

Apparently there’s nowhere else in Hong Kong that does better beef and egg sandwich than this 24/7 restaurant called Sun Hang Yuen. I had the one with the "Mala" Twist - beef with scrambled eggs & sichuan sauce.

Alongside classic Hong Kong style Yuanyang tea a popular drink in Hong Kong that combines sweet black milk tea with brewed...

新舖冇得彈,麻辣蛋牛治又特別又美味。 座位寛敞了何止一倍。

This is the new brand of the original renowned restaurant selling the juicy beef fried egg sandwich and the pig knuckle noodle in soup. They are original unique yet very tasty. True signatures in the district. Goto this new brand instead of the old one for the decent space and table size that you would enjoy. It is close to Ap Liu Street and the Golden Computer Shopping Mall.

The staff are friendly and welcoming, so are the prices. Do not miss it when...

My friend brought me to this Hong Kong style cafe in this morning to try their famous signature sandwiches. Their sandwich with beef and egg is a must try. The chef is generous in giving beef. The bread is freshly toasted and not stale. Appreciate. Both of their hot and iced Hong Kong style milk tea are silky. The iced one is not too sweet. The taste of tea in both cases is just fit. The owner and the attendants are friendly and diligent. A nice experience to start a weekend morning.

Made a trip to SSP just for this place despite a super rainy T3 day. The weather meant we were easily able to get a table. It was close only 10:30am but it was still more than half full. The mala beef sandwich could've had more eggs and beef, but the low prices and good quality of all the food made up for it. Friendly service, too. The beef brisket noodle came with a lot of soft, gooey tendon. The milk tea had a robust tea flavor without the milk overpowering it.
