I ordered a bowl of pho priced at 138 Hong Kong dollars, expecting nothing but a normal meal. Unfortunately, what I received was a far cry from that. The dish consisted of the cheapest supermarket ingredients haphazardly tossed together. To make matters worse, the beef was not fresh.

The atmosphere was equally unpleasant, with smoke from the kitchen filling the room.

For the price and location, I expected better food. In a location where rent should be relatively cheaper, one has certain expectation when average per person is $350 before counting drinks.

No, food isn't bad. The pork tomahawk is actually good. But the porks knuckles, though nicely marinated, are quite far from tender. The seafood fried rice...good but I could tell how much difference it is from a restaurant that serves similar one at half the price. You get the point.
