I recommend the caramelized apple for dessert.

The caramelized apple was a delightful surprise, especially since most Chinese restaurants typically offer caramelized taro. This unique combination with apple was truly a treat for the senses.

To enhance the experience, I was instructed to dip the caramelized apple into cold water before eating it. This step made the outer layer wonderfully crispy, adding a delightful texture to each bite.

As someone trying caramelized apple for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised by how well the flavors complemented each other. The sweetness of the caramel paired beautifully with the natural tartness of the apple, creating a balance that was refreshing.

We were a group of five people and ordered a total of nine dishes. The total cost came to around HKD 150 per person which we found to be quite acceptable.

However, the drunken chicken was disappointing. There were too many bones, and the chicken was too red inside which affected the overall enjoyment...

2nd time coming here. First was ok. Price reasonable and convenient to park car.

This time the receptionist is super super bad. She was going about to let a person who had missed 13 tickets in front but suddenly turned up to be go in first if I didn't make a fuss about it. I mean 13 tickets ... What's the point of waiting for your number to be called if like that!

Will be on my no no list. The bowls n stuff sticky and service not particularly good not is the seating in general.
