If you are meat lover, if you like overwhelmed Cha siu, if you like Tonkotsu with lots of lard, aka back fat, you will surely love this place.
Many ramen shops in Hong Kong offer Tonkotsu, but not many will serve with lard. Tonkutsu with lard is like fries with tomato sauce - just a positive impact. And they make good Cha siu too, not too thick and fatty, but braised with good sauce and when the tender slices of Cha siu put on top of the ramen and surrounded the bowl, you would simply love it. Oh yes, they gyoza is good too, dumpling wrapper is thin, but full of pork, white cabbage, leek and leek sprouts.
They offer clear soup broth and shrimp soup broth too, occasionally have limited edition of special made ramen. Surely it’s a shop I will return, and recommend for all...

Arrived at 1215 Sat, just 1 table to go on the queue. Ordered their signature bowl, and side dishes of fried chicken nuggets and dumplings 🥟 (free drink if you ordered a ramen + a side). The 🍜 wholly covered by pork and chicken cha-siu. The soup and noodle were good also. The fried chicken was just ok but the 🥟 was good.
