Most of the local ppl here were quiet, collected. But in Xmas period, most of the ppl were noiy, Not only the finishing & decor, the atmosphere brought you back to the old-fashioned HK. 可惜職員很粗魯，說話很不照顧他人感受，給了service charge，唯有“享用”這服務。通常西餐廳在節日不會待薄一人食客，但這間西餐廳給我一個很不愉快的節日。幫襯這麼多食店，這樣的招待還是第一次。本來去西餐廳感染一些節日懷舊氣氛，怎料「畀錢買難受」But the staff was not nice, even though the restaurant was vacant at late night, if you were alone & politely asked for a better seat, they said something rude & pushed you at the corners which seat made you uncomfortable. Is it the years that have taken a notch off their 羅宋湯 which used to have a decent kick to it? Luckily their buns remain as soft and flavourful as before. OK, so I have to admit that it's been a good 7 years or so since I last ventured here. But I am glad to see the same waiter greeted us at the door and that they hadn't changed to decor much save for the Christmas decorations. But the steak were a tad disappointing... Just deep fried and then leaning on the rare side even with a request for 9成熟. This verdict was unanimous across all the tables we could see or hear when they got a rarer piece of meat than expected.
