i used to really like this place and came here a lot, but the last few times i've been it's been very disappointing due to the quality of the service. i'm not sure if all of the former staff were moved to santo's new branch but the new staff have close to no knowledge of the menu. when i asked for a drink they almost didn't know that it existed. and on another occasion, they prepared an incorrect drink (that was cheaper than what was paid for), and extremely slowly (there was no queue). when combined with the price (which is quite pricey, i know a few spots nearby for coffee which is cheaper), i find it hard to come back again. at least the pink cups are cute :') if you have the staff discount and are working in the building, it might be okay to try; but otherwise i cannot...

But a colleague recommended this place recently and I decided to give it another try for "eat-in". It turned out pretty good and regained confidence. And also tried takeaway (again) but with black coffee and simply love it! Croissant was also tasty, even without reheat. It'll be even better if the breakfast set is more...
