初次印象很古色古香，点菜在一楼，到三楼吃饭，上菜速度也蛮快的。点了中号汽锅鸡，口感很像洞庭土菜馆的鸡汤，也许名气大模仿的人多，所以对正宗汽锅鸡反而没有太大的惊艳了。没点无量山乌鸡，因为只想看看最本色的鸡汤出品到底如何，味道很鲜美，鸡肉炖得酥烂，但跟我们在丽江吃的炖了四小时鸡肉仍很有弹性，鸡皮很脆的土鸡有些差距，难怪送我们去的司机说汽锅鸡只是喝汤。另外还点了传统蒸四样，食材可以再新鲜一点就好了；半打乳扇，咬一口浓浓的牛油腥味，接受不了这种腻；洱块原来就是糯米卷，裹了甜的芝麻酱很好吃；火焰土豆口味最好，推荐，可惜服务员上菜时火焰已经灭了；苦荞饼...
