This is probably one of my favorite coffee shops (and of course, bagel spots) in Shanghai. I probably started most of my mornings at Boom Boom Bagels with a great mozzarella bagel and an Americano. The place is stylish and cool. The coffee is great, the bagels are equally great and tasty, the people working there are great and just an awesome place overall. Local / expats tips: 1) On weekends you'll have to wait for a free seat (definitely worth it). 2) You can build your own bagels (that's what I did). 3) If you see Dodo and Burrito (the dogs) - it's your lucky day!

I was waking in the street and I saw this « Boom Boom Bagel » restaurant which took my attention. The next day I tried a bagel and oh boy!!!! It was so so good!! It came heated, every ingredient was tasteful!! The atmosphere inside the place is very nice, with good music, the service is excellent, the food comes quickly. I also took a Pumpkin coffee with whipped cream on top, perfect for the season!! I am very enthusiastic about this place and will visit another time for sure! If you love bagels, then do not wait any longer to try theirs!!

Usually the service and food is excellent. However, this time, I asked them for a bagel with cream cheese on the side. The bagel was a little burnt and the cream cheese was placed on the bagel. I ordered some food for some friends and asked it to be packed up as I was bringing it back with me to Pudong. They packed up the food in a bag. However, they didn't have anything to hold the cup of coffee that I had ordered. I also asked for a fapiao and they said I had to get it the next day or they could have it delivered. I didn't want to make another hour and a half trip just to pick up the fapiao. I also wouldn't want to pay a...
