Maya Restaurant — Restaurant in Shanghai

If it’s one thing I love, it’s Mexican food. Maya restaurant is top of the top when it comes to their food. The shrimp quesadilla was great, it says it was alittle spicy but I didn’t taste it. Their frozen margarita was good as well. I asked to make it alittle stronger and they did with out hesitation, all while keep consistency of margarita. The server I had was on point and very attentive, he had multiple tables but found a way to get everyone their dishes. The ambiance in the restaurant is nice and dim lit. The food was hands down one of the most flavourful and exquisite meals I’ve ever had. I’ve dined around the world, and the vibe (music, design, lighting) is amongst the best I’ve experienced.

It wasn’t a cheap meal, but it wasn’t expensive either. The owner of the restaurant is clearly very passionate about the small details - 100% worth it and coming again for sure next time I’m in Shanghai!
