Sumerian Coffee rocks! Single origin brews, self roasted beans, and—this is a kicker— nitrogen injected clod brew. Yup, you heard that right. They pour it out of a tap, and it's got the creamy smoothness of Guinness and a pleasantly mild flavor. Brilliant. You can buy their beans to enjoy in the comfort of your own home too. Two expats own and run the joint (one dude from Toronto, Adam, the other from the Bay Area), the they make you feel right at home. Every now and then, one of the owners will throw a batch of beans in the roaster, its pipes pumping the smoke outside the cafe, and from inside, you get a distant but nice tinge of smokiness while they roast. This is a no air-conditioning cafe, so expect it to be very warm during summer. They have only 1 big noisy fan for ventilation and it blows everything away on the table.
