Ah Yuk Tofu Pudding — Restaurant in Tsuen Wan District

If you want to experience some of HK’s local and traditional desserts? This is one of the places to go! And for the price? It’s way too cheap! Starting from only 3hkd per serving of tofu pudding, you can already have this comforting dessert.

You’ll have many choices from their menu, either have it plain and you’ll just need to add sugar if you want it sweet or have the add ons with either red beans, black sesame, etc...You can also have the choice of either having it hot or cold.

But be prepared for the long queue..but you don’t need to worry as they serve...

My friend who worked in the area recommended it after lunch. You cannot dine in here, so I ordered some for taking away.

They had some deals. I chose the traditional tofu pudding, as I wanted to try its taste without anything fancy. It was not bad. Perhaps it would be better if I did not have to commute for an hour as I do not live in the neighborhood.

The brown red bean pudding was nostalgic, so I bought some as well.

I liked both dessert not...

Ah Yuk Tofu Pudding located on the main street of Lo Tak Ct, where full of restaurants and dessert shops. But what make this restaurant with such of the long queue, it's probably about his story and their price. Didn't try the tofu pudding from their competitor, so no comment about which one is better. But with the price as low as $3, and the quality is really not bad, you really have nothing...
