The paragraph below is my original review. I am changing my review from one star to five stars. The reason I’m doing this is because I had an immediate response from the management team apologizing and indicating that they will make things better. I went back the next day and had a few drinks. 2 servers helped us, Daniella Hernandez and Bonnie; they were amazing!!! The came back to our table several times asking if we needed anything. This is the type of service I expected from such a nice restaurant and these 2 ladies truly made our experience unforgettable!!
I came here because I was told this is a great place to be. I was greeted by a nice gal who helped me pick a meal and drink. She disappeared and another person brought me the food. I asked for hot sauce and got an empty bottle. I asked for more, she brought me a side of sauce after I finished my food. I’m writing this while at the restaurant now and it has been over 25 min since they brought my food and haven’t came to ask me if I wanted another drink. Nice place but very bad service....
Read moreWhile on a business trip, I happen to see many folks sitting at the El Irish Pub located in Zona T. The ambient, food and beer was worth it. I sat at the bar and the barmaid recommend a "coffee milk" beer. I had to try it and it was delicious. She also recommended the empanadas as well.
On a side note, it was cold compare to Florida weather and I was not dress for the evening. The servant notice my shivers and made me an "agua panela". This warm me up. Now that is what you call service. I will highly recommend a visit.
