A Show with No Substance: Disappointing Ceviche and Tasteless Food Honestly, this restaurant seems more interested in putting on an empty show than actually serving good food. The whole experience felt like a performance, with them burning pisco sour at the table—it's flashy, but it doesn’t make up for the lack of flavor or the small, unsatisfying portions. I ordered ceviche, and they told me the portion would be small, suggesting I order patacones to "complete" the meal. Wait, what? A Peruvian restaurant that doesn’t think its ceviche is enough? Asking customers to add patacones just doesn’t make sense and feels like a bad joke. The cheese seafood, supposedly from Chilean cuisine, was incredibly bland and tasteless. I’ve had much better—and cheaper—seafood dishes in Santiago. This place is far from authentic, and the food is definitely not worth the hype. In short, it was a ridiculous experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. If you’re looking for quality ceviche and real flavors, look elsewhere.

Atmosphere is very very cozy. Very well set up with a fire pit in the middle of the patio, feels very warm. The service was good but the waiter felt like he was rushing too much and we felt ignored a few times when we were trying to ask for more drinks. The food was ok. We ordered papa a las huancaina which didn’t feel authentic because they used papa criolla instead and the potatoes were undercooked. The aeropuerto chaufa rice at first was very tasty but then it turned to be salty. The Lomo Salteado was very very amazing<3 One of the best I have tasted. Overall, I will come back to to try more dishes and bring friends and family to enjoy the atmosphere.

Not the typical mall restaurant. We had a pleasant surprise visiting Inkanto. Since it was located at a mall, we did not have a lot of expectations but it was absolutely worth it. The food was delicious. We ordered just appetizers since we were not that hungry, but the portions are generous. The service was outstanding! Jose was always on top of everything we needed. Prices are not cheap, but reasonable for the quality. We spent close to $30 per person and we had four dishes, one drink and a dessert. The cheesecake dessert is a must along with three Tuna Tataki.

If I could give this place a negative star review I would. The service was horrendous even though there was NO ONE and I mean no one at the restaurant. The manager was doing some things in his laptop and the waiters were just talking in a little circle with the bartenders and not once someone came to check up on us. I politely asked “who’s going to be our server to the manager” to which he said “oh I’m not sure who’s on your section” and kept typing. Amazing horrible service all around. NEVER LET REVIEWS GET TO YOUR DECISION MAKING. Service was horrible not...
