WOK Gran Estación — Restaurant in Bogota, Capital District

My family and I had a late lunch at Wok and found it to be fantastic with great service! We had vegetable and Thai spring rolls, which were both amazing as well as the sauce that was served with them. I could have easily ordered more! We also had the green curry with vegetables, which was very delicious. I’ve been eating green curry for over 20 years and this version was up to standard for sure. We also had a mango salad with chicken, which was very good and interesting at the same time. I think the salad goes great as a side dish. If you order it as a main entrée you might come home hungry. We also had the Khmer curry with chicken and the fried rice dish with shrimp. Everything was great and there were lots of different flavors sneaking by us. The only reason I am giving this place 1 star is because I cannot give it half a star. We received terrible customer service. Our waitress took our order but many people who came after us were served first! The waiting time for a dish is incredibly long and the portions are very small for the price you pay!!! Then they completely forgot to bring us the second part of our order so we decided to leave. Plus, the dishes are overpriced and what we had ordered (PadThai) was nowhere near the original recipe! There were various ingredients missing. This place is a fake Asian restaurant as far as the food preparation is concerned. Will never step foot in a Wok...

Wok is known as a great restaurant here in colombia, it has locations in main cities and serves a decent amount of plates in prices that rounds the $18,000 to $35,000 pesos, from Asiatic style, usually with nuts so it is not so recommended for allergic persons like me. They have other alternatives like sushi or ramen, entrance and salads. Personally at this location the service is not good, take too much time to everything so you will felt like they forgot you are there to eat.
