The others are not much better. It's a disgrace. Lots of touching everything, except gel to clean hands.

I understand the measures about Covid-19 that all restaurants and public places are taking to protect us, but the quality of the whole experience in McDonald's lacks of every positive aspect from previous times. The food is tasteless, you don't have even a napkin to wipe your mouth or fingers, and the self service of ketchup, pickles and mayonnaise is now a thing from the past. It's a pity when things that you like and appreciate changes...

Son las 2 de la mañana. Con 3 personas máximo esperando pedido. Hago mi pedido con anticipación por la app para no esperar tanto. Procedo a llegar y veo a dos personas encargadas de entregar pedidos sin hacer nada. Y me toca esperar más de 15 minutos por una hamburguesa con queso papás pequeñas y gaseosa pequeña ? No entiendo el sentido de pedir por la app para recoger si igual debo llegar a esperar que empiecen a preparar mi pedido desde cero así no hubiera nadie antes. Y además no estaba funcionando la pantalla que indicaba el proceso del pedido. Entonces debo esperar a que me vean lo suficientemente hambriento y desesperado para que decidan meter la comida ya lista en la bolsa y entregármela. Siempre es así. Llevo meses viniendo casi todas las madrugadas de la semana a hacer el mismo pedido. No entiendo por qué son así en este restaurante la verdad. No me gusta calificar mal lugares por mis experiencias pero este McDonalds...
