A well disguised overpriced disappointment -

Bad food, Good atmosphere, decent wine selection, ok service, good coffee and good tiramisu.

@ Chef Sergio Martín you need to up your game by leaps and bounds.

We were three and we ordered three dishes and all three dishes were a disappointment. All the dishes lacked flavour. All three dishes were a bit cold too.

When we asked for some parmesan cheese, it was served in a small bowl without even a spoon to serve! I mean what Italian restaurant that classifies itself as a fine dining place doesn't offer grated parmesan cheese!

There wasn't even any salt, pepper or olive oil on the table.

To make matters worse, my wife and mother in law found a hair in their drink!

The ambience is good, the seating is comfortable and the view to the mountains from the tables towards the street is fantastic.

The coffee and dessert was pretty good.

The service was cold and not professional. Except for the lady waiter everyone else was not interested.

In terms of food it was good, but sometimes there are too many options and preparations, and some might see in that a good thing, but there's a point in which it just becomes a bit cumbersome an unnecessary, especially in a catch-all Italian restaurant. The tripomodoro, lasagna, ossobucco, Vittel Tone, a d Carpaccio were amazing through, as well as the tiramisu. In regards to service, even though it was fast, it was quite noticeable that some didn't have experience or kinda didn't care for their job. The menu is expansive and the waiter was helpful in providing recommendations to narrow down our choices. Overall we had a good experience and the restaurant was relatively empty for a Monday lunch. This restaurant is expensive for Colombia and looking through the menu I really questioned myself around the pricing. It’s uncommon to see some steaks priced similarly to certain pasta dishes, and this gave me the feeling that many dishes have inflated pricing and not much thought has been given to...
