Dog Café Palomino — Restaurant in Dibulla

It just makes sense to come here. Camí the girl here makes really delicious food. You can smell her cooking upon arriving. The shrimp burritos are on point, I think I even tasted eggplant in them. Super savory and packed with flavor. A tiny bit on the sweet side for me, but I put a bunch of ají so it balances out really nicely.

They also have panela here for the fruit juices which is an added bonus

The prices here are reasonable and the part that makes sense is that the menu is good and the proceeds support the work that the dog shelter is doing for the animals. Fantastic café for a nonprofit.

Really lovely way to offer and do tourism in a place like Palomino, instead of the usual business...

I came to this café on my first day in Palomino as a way to contribute to the hard work these guys do for the rescued animals!! All the dogs in the cafe are adorable and very well behaved. They do activities such as walking them to the river or visiting a sanctuary they have with some other animals. Nicht nur total liebe Hunde findet ihr hier sondern auch wirklich tolle Menschen, die all ihr Herzblut in die Sache stecken. Die beiden betreiben neben dem Café mit sehr leckeren Säften auch einen Hundeshelter, in dem sie ca. 20 Hunde, 4 gerettete Pferde und streunende Katzen ein Zuhause geben. Außerdem kümmern sie sich um die Organisation einer Tierpraxis in Palomino. Miguel & Fran - ich bin beeindruckt von eurer Arbeit, Energie und Liebe die ihr für das Gute einsetzt. Vielen Dank♥️

Über das Café könnt ihr dog walking touren sowie das tubing zusammen mit Hunden buchen, um so das Shelter zu unterstützen und dadurch Sterilisationen, Medikamente oder andere Behandlungen für die Tiere zu finanzieren. Hier kommt das Geld wirklich zu 100% bei den Tieren an! 🐶

Natürlich braucht es nicht nur Geld, sondern vor allem viele fleißige Hände, also falls jemand ein Volunteering sucht, seid ihr hier an der richtigen Stelle :)

Aktuell bauen sie Ihre Unterkunftsmöglichkeiten weiter aus. Wir konnten bereits in einem schönen Zimmer inkl. Bad übernachten und können euch das auch nur empfehlen.
