Horrible service, plain and simple. I arrived before 11pm and someone came by to drop off the menu. However, I did not have anyone come by for over 30 minutes after that. The staff during this time all seemed to avoid servicing my table when clearly I’ve not ordered yet. The place was also not that busy with roughly half capacity. Las meseras fueron apenas medianamente atentas, sin calidez en el alma. Su actitud desdice de la hospitalidad antioqueña. El menú es muy limitado, a base de snacks y platos fuertes de parrilla. Las brochetas de res estaban muy duras y difíciles de comer. Naturalmente, consumir la carne me tomó mucho más tiempo de lo razonable. Sin embargo, un plato de chicharroncitos que había pedido al mismo tiempo que las brochetas, nunca llegó. Cuando hice el reclamo, la mesera optó por fingir demencia, preguntándome si los chicharrones eran para llevar o para consumir en el restaurante. Después admitió que se les había olvidado preparar el plato. Y había menos de 10 personas en el sitio. La única opción que me ofreció fue sacar el plato de la orden. Después, al traer la cuenta, otra mesera me dijo que el plato de chicharroncitos ya había estado listo pero que yo lo había rechazado, contradiciendo claramente lo que me había dicho su compañera. Le respondí que no aceptaba salirles a deber después de tan mala experiencia, que si el plato estaba listo deberían haberlo llevado a la mesa, que habían tenido tiempo más que suficiente mientras yo terminaba las brochetas durísimas y que ella y su compañera deberían ponerse de acuerdo si iban a inventar excusas. El sector de la 70 no tiene nada que ofrecer en materia gastronómica. Imaginé que este restaurante, por su apariencia y atmósfera, ofrecería algo por lo menos decoroso, pero no fue así. Bad food: chicken sandwich was slopped together & was cold even though partially melted cheese. They brought the appetizer hummus after the main food. The hummus tasted terrible and the bread was stale. When the check came they did not want to let me see it, I had to grab it - it was wromg: they added several items that we never ordered or received. Brought new check was still incorrect but I paid it just to get out of there - stay away from this...
