The atmosphere, service and food was perfection. From the very beginning we were greeted and had the chef explain the origins of the recipes and the source of the ingredients. They had an English menu available and communication with the chef and servers was very easy. We started with fantastic cocktails that featured a balanced blend of fruit, liquors and herbs. I would highly recommend the calamari, tuna ceviche and soup appetizers. All of the entrees we ordered far surpassed our expectations. The meal was finished with an avocado and chocolate popsicle, some sort of coconut bon bons and a corn cake in a sweetened milk sauce. Every dish was plated beautifully and the drinks were served in unique upcycled glasses on a wooden base. The best meal we had travelling in the Quindio region.
