HIBISCUS STREET FOOD & COFFEE — Restaurant in Alajuela

Very rarely does a place get 5/5 on everything, but Hibiscus gets that and even more. They get returning customers, that's us, who will come everytime we are in the city. We were welcomed with the question "Spanish, English or both?" So, of course, we chose both to practice. They had amazing recommendations, a diverse menu, and a very nice dining room. We ordered a classic burger and the Camaron tacos, which came with heaps of fries and amazing dipping sauces. Both meals were excellent, with mucho flavor and actual care taken into the preparation of the food. It was very nice to split the two, and it was more than enough food for the both of us. Excellent service, food, presentation, and atmosphere! Ate here while waiting to pick up my friend at the airport, as the restaurant is located nearby. The welcoming staff and their patience with someone who has very limited Spanish, was much appreciated. Also, right away, they make sure you’re set up on the wifi. Came here as tourists and the staff was so incredibly hospitable. Not only was the food amazing and the portions large (especially the beef tacos) but the staff helped us find activities to do around the city. They even offered us a charger and bags for our loose items.They made sure to take care of us and made for a very memorable and yummy lunch. There was also a large variety of food on the menu. Would 100% recommend to anyone...
