Im so excited to do a review for this restaurant in my home town. The dining experience was brilliant right from the interactions with the owner and servers to the presentation of the cocktails and the food. Everything was presented beautifully and tasted as awesome as it looked. It tasted fresh and was delicious. This was not just a meal out but rather a culinary experience. Then to top it all off the orange cream brûlée was to die for. I loved that Peter’s beautiful dog was there and I was able to give him some pets. Overall a 10 out of 10 experience. You will not want to miss out on this gem. Thank you Peter I will see you again soon and will be recommending all my visitors to go!

Last night me and my boyfriend stopped by for dinner at Louise restaurant and it turned out to be an absolute hidden gem! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting The food was amazing! Every dish was homemade- starting with the fresh bread, followed by the most delicious pasta and fish , and finishing off with their incredible house-made ice cream and cream brule. Every bite was perfection. The owner himself came up to our table to greet us, making us feel truly welcomed . It’s rare to find a place that offers both top-notch food and such a genuine, friendly vibe.

Romantic dinner We discovered by chance this place on our way to our hotel. This is a must to go if you want to have a stunning experience. We have been welcome with great cocktails (the Rolex is excellent). Portions are just as it should be The tartar tuna is divine and for the main I tried the chicken roulette and my husband the tenderloin both well prepared and excellent. My husband asked for bleu and the waiter informed us that if he was not satisfied with the cooking the dish should be returned and he would do it again ! Very rare to notice this type of attention ! Thank you! An excellent dinner, great service, beautiful cocktails. A must for a great dinner in Uvita ! We wish you the very best for...

My wife and I discovered this gem during our recent trip to Uvita. Tucked away on a charming side street, Louis XIII impresses with its meticulous attention to detail in both decor and food. I had the sea bass, while my wife enjoyed the kale salad and bruschetta—everything was absolutely excellent.

Our server, Jose, provided outstanding service, and we even had the pleasure of chatting with Peter, the owner, and meeting his beloved dog, Louis. As Peter put it, ‘If you don’t like dogs, this isn’t the place for you.’
