A simply, shameful and disastrous experience ... READ IT FOR INFO NEEDED

Both for food and service quality. We waited 25 minutes to have a table, time for the waitress to "clean and prepare" a table for us, where there were neither cutlery nor placemat, etc. When we finally take the order, the waitress informs us that half of the dishes (pizzas, bruschiettas, and another) are no longer available by the hour, it was 7:30 p.m. BTW what a surprise to discover that half of the dishes contain pork, including simple parmesan potatoes.

It took us another 15 minutes to finally get the drinks, I had to get up to ask for have it. The dishes, arrived after a while, are simply frozen-thawed, and the taste is not really great. I had to get up again to ask for salt because our table was ignored and we still had to wait to have a semblance of salt ... There is no quality in nothing and the waitresses are incompetent and disrespectful. When I spoke in spanish, she answered in english, and vice versa, while her English being incomprehensible. It took us way too long to finally obtain just a bit of food after one hour of wait. I speak both English and Spanish so I understood what they were saying about us after that.

The addition, more salty than the dishes, is really not worth all that. Flee urgently, I absolutely do not recommend, walk longer you will find very friendly and...

4th time here in a 10 days.

The Red Sangria is spot on delightful.

Their Mojito is as unique as it is refreshing/. Be ready to be surprised.

The Ensalada Mixa (side or larger) best I have had in Costa Rica. The dressing is house-made.

Bruschetta Caprese or Prosciutto savory, flavorful, balanced, and delicious.

Had the pizza last year. Crust and flavor spot on.

Paninio baked to perfection with a blend of quality virgin olive oil, oregano, some with a homemade mayonnaise, FRESH ingredients.

The Eggplant sweet chili Veggie Panino does not disappoint.

To finish, or for an after dinner treat, I highly recommend the Tiramisu accompanied by Amaretto.

The staff: welcoming, helpful, genuine, accommodating, and stealth like.

Always a great selection of music to set the tone for a memorable tradition experience.

I’m surprised to see the negative reviews. I give this place 10/10. My party of 9 was extremely happy with our dinner and everyone keeps asking when can we go back. There are tons of other restaurants on our list so I think this is saying something that we all want to return to try more! Bottles of wine were very expensive. We would have ordered more if they weren’t so expensive.

Favorites so far - brisket plate, garlic shrimp plate, vegetarian antipasto, roast beef panini, handmade pasta, crème caramel. Definitely everyone was jealous of whoever ordered those and had a bite. The food prices were EXCELLENT!
