Amana was the perfect place for my partner and I to celebrate our honeymoon at. This is a dining experience we will never forget. The food here is incredibly magical with so much attention to detail. Our waiter and wine pairing expert, Gustavo made the experience so fun. I HIGHLY recommend the wine pairing as it truly made our meals extra special. The night started off with warm bread and smooth butter. The next dish was one that my partner and I wish we could have every single day, and that was the tuna ceviche with peanut butter (I know, it sounds strange but it was surprisingly an amazing combo). Since we had visited Japan earlier this year, having Japanese elements in these dishes made it even more spectacular. My partner and I are from out of town, but we would visit Amana again in a heartbeat. We wish nothing but success for this incredible restaurant.
