Me and my Senior year class (maybe around 30ish students) in High School took a trip to Costa Rica (back in 2014) and we went White Water Rafting.

We basically spent all day rafting one course. You first start off by getting a guide (our guide was pretty funny). The tide was low, so that meant paddling was going to be harder than usual and also rocks are going to be harder to get passed. But the mountain and jungle scenery bascially made it easier. By lunch time we stopped on a sand bar, we ate lunch, then we went back at it for hours again. After hours paddling, we took a break in a cave, swam and cooled down from the heat. Then we paddled more until we reached the end. The last few miles until where you see to stop is the toughest part because your arms feel like they are going to fall off.
