This was a daily stop on our trip to Playa Hermosa. I truly miss it so much. Breakfast was unmatched, service was amazing, and as a barista myself, I can say this was truly the best coffee. The staff were so kind and personable. The chef greeted us every morning, the barista was so sweet and patient with us, and we had great conversation with our new friend Darwin who roasts the beans himself! We've been going to the original Cafe Bohio how many years so we wanted to try a newer location. These are the best coffee houses in Jaco. I love the fact that they do pour over coffee with high quality beans which is rare in this town. Information I'm leaving a four-star review rather than a five star is as follows: there are no gluten-free options which in today's modern world is surprising for a hip coffee shop.
