Gosh Wowzah Wowzah is this place a haven I have long sought for. (Vegan friendly) This has the best restaurant I’ve been at for ages. The two dishes I recommend are the falafel wrap ($8.5 atm) and the falafel platter ($12 atm). The platter includes fries (RESLLY GOOD ONES), falafels, hummus, pita bread (big one), and salads. Both dishes have access to the serve yourself salad bar where the veggie are preprapred (such as softer, seasoned, pickled, etc.). We went back to the salad bar for more serving halfway through hehe. The salad bar actually makes salad tastes good. There is tahini and other tahini based dressings that add so much to the dish. This salad bar alone deserves 5 stars. Back to the main dishes: The falafel was one of the best falafel I’ve ever had and I’ve had a lot of falafel all over the world. It crumbled nicely and wasn’t dry inside (a difficult feat to master). The hummus was exactly as well— a perfectly creamy texture that allowed both the hummus itself and falafel to shine. The sauces were INCREDIBLE. Douse your plate in them. You won’t regret it. If you are like me and traveling on a budget, I highly recommend setting aside some cash for this. It’s worth it. You will leave more than full and happier than ever (at least I was).

Salad bar was amazing, very fresh lettuce & tomatoes + pickled veggies, a good selections of sauces/dressings. They also kindly brought out some free fried pita with tahini, which ultimately turned out to be like a delightfully chewy & bread-y French fry! We got the sabich sandwich + some falafel and the hummus shakshuka. The hummus great, full of tahini & olive oil flavor, and the shakshuka was nice & tomatoe-y which always goes well with the egg. The pita was nice and soft, which absorbed the shakshuka well. Wasn’t the crispiest pita ever, but it was tasty & soft! The eggplant/sabich sandwich was delicious, stuffed with delicious eggplant, hummus, French fries (not my favorite, but they added a nice firm/crunchy texture to the sandwich, & topped with salad bar vegetables like cucumber, tomatoes, pickled vegetables, and more. I’d definitely recommend coming here! Parking is hard to find, but worth it

This was our favorite spot to eat in Manuel Antonio. In fact we ate here twice! We got the falafel plate and shawarma plate. Both were excellent but especially gotta shout out the chicken shawarma. One of the best I've ever had. So they give you your plate with the proteins, hummus, and potatoes, and they have a salad bar for you to fill as you please. The salad bar was awesome - they got tomatoes, lettuce, pickled onions and jalapenos, carrots, cucumber, and a couple of sauces - a green garlic one and a chili based one. The pita tastes house made rather than bought. A very nice fluffiness to it but still has that good chew. The value here is superb. One plate is incredibly filling and both times we ate here it was so filling that we didn't even eat dinner. Don't miss the smoothies either! Those were great as well.

Mediterranean Perfection – A Must-Visit Spot!

What a gem! This place is not just about amazing food but also a perfect vibe to hang out and satisfy your cravings. Fresh, delicious, and packed with options—100% worth a visit!

We tried their falafel platter and a beer. Wow! It was soo good! Honestly, we wished we could’ve tried more, but we’d already eaten a bit elsewhere. Still, the falafel platter was so fresh and flavorful, and the salad bar? The falafel was green and full of fresh leaves. Oh my goodness, it was amazing! So many options and incredible sauces to choose from—it was hard not to pile everything onto our plates.

The service was outstanding. They were quick. The staff took such great care of us, stopping by twice to make sure everything was perfect. They were all smiles and super welcoming, which made the experience even better. They really made us cared for and their warm smiles added to the experience.

The decor was another highlight—it’s cozy, inviting, and full of charm. From the homemade popsicles to the little jewelry items for sale, every detail felt carefully curated. Even the restroom was so beautifully done—it’s rare to find a place that puts thought into every corner.

If you’re visiting, you absolutely cannot miss this spot. Fresh food, friendly faces, and an amazing atmosphere—it’s everything you want in a dining experience. We’re definitely coming back to try more next time...

The shawarma plate/platter was delicious. And the salad bar was a welcome surprise. It is a semi service restaurant. You order at the counter and complete your plate at the salad bar. The staff make sure you have everything you need during the meal despite the sign saying it’s not a full service restaurant. The smoothies look really good as well, the shawarma plate was more than enough to leave me feeling satisfied. As a 200lb dude who had 2 cups of coffee and a banana for breakfast that’s pretty good. Not the most bargain place I’ve eaten but I would definitely recommend. As I understand everyone who orders a plate or sandwich has access to the salad bar. Portions are generous but not ridiculous. Selection of National Beers and featuring Papagayo Brewing Company micro brewery offerings. Basic cocktails and homemade smoothie popsicles for a refreshing kick to beat the heat. I’d post a picture of the menu but it seems some users have beat me to it. Prices may change a bit but not a whole lot. Nice large terrace facing the road so occasionally disturbed by louder traffic. Mostly calm though as thankfully it’s located on a flat patch so usually motorists aren’t hammering the gas. Music is interesting, a little unusual but adds a little something fun to...
