P.F. Chang's — Restaurant in San Rafael

This is an update to coming here a year ago. I am very disappointed in customer service as we wanted to reserve a table for 6 for my wife's Birthday Dec 9th 2018. We called the same day and they stated there was no space available. We were going to go somewhere else but decided to show up anyways as they opened at noon. We arrive at 12:10 and the place was empty. Even an hour later there was still hardly anyone here. In regards to the food, well sometimes its done well and others less than mediocre. Take for example a year ago when here we had the lettuce wraps and the rice noodles were stale. Managers excuse was they did not have fresh ones. He wanted to argue instead of just comping or exchanging for another dish. :( I am a big fan of PF Changs as i frequent here often and was at the grand opening in Charlotte NC over 15 years ago. This tico location needs to get their act together and realize the customer is always right. I can say there has been a change of personal since a year ago and I have frequented here over 2 dozens time since. 2 stars is for the inconsistency of food being prepared well, lying about being full and no space available and...

Love love love this PF Changs, I have been to this location twice since we have been here and the service is always great!

The first time I came with my family, a party of 5, and I was super impressed how quickly they were able to bring out new orders after our initial order was brought to the table. We were able to enjoy everything timely and this was for a larger party too.

In comparison to the states, this PF Changs really helps live on this great restaurant, because in America they don’t serve the dishes as fresh and with the level and customer service as the ones in Costa Rica. The restaurant is beautiful indoor/outdoor and well kept!

It’s always busy but I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes for a table. Again, the food is so fresh here and served to perfection. I will have to come again one last time...

For months I have been telling her about your frozen entrée y sending emails y fotos of the different entrees that I made at my home, and asked her if there were any restaurants in her area/ country. Unfortunately, there were none in the summer but however, now, there's one in Escazu that we plan on visiting ASAP! We can't wait to visit. I love pretty much all the entrees that you have on your menu, and I can't wait to visit this weekend. It is virtually UNREAL the amount of gourmet food you get for money that you pay.
