The five star rating from 150 reviews is pretty impressive, so I went along to see for myself and was impressed. !!! An open space set back from the road with greenery around - everything looking clean and orderly. Prompt attention and menu’s presented, a glass of chilled tap water delivered quickly followed by my order of Tosta with scrambled eggs, mushrooms, a side of hummus and rocket and salad leaves plus avocado taken. The kitchen was quick and within five or so minutes I was tucking into a hearty brunch meal. All the items, bar one, on my plate were perfect. Lovely fresh salad leaves, a pile of well cooked mushrooms, great tasting hummus and good scrambled eggs that weren’t overcooked. The one thing that could have been better was the piece of sourdough bread. For me it was too soft and to my taste could have been toasted more….. Needless to say, I ate the whole meal and left satisfied, ready for a day on the beach. Pandeli Tamarindo - definitely deserves its five...
