Cvit Soli — Restaurant in Grad Makarska

We opted for here due to the nice choice of either the al la carte alongside an interesting lunch menu which appeared to change regularly subject to availability (I presumed this as my first choice was the squid with beans which was still being prepared due to arriving just before lunch…..next time maybe🤞🏻)

My husband had a simple but homemade vegetable soup, our son the Spaghetti bolognaise and I chose the Croatian Fish Stew which was a local white fish on the bone served with polenta & bread. Total for three lunches with drinks €45. All delicious! Tricky to park in town but managed to get a private parking on the corner for €2.50 hr.

We had a wonderful family dinner by the sea and everything was outstanding. We started with a seafood platter full of fresh, perfectly prepared delicacies. For the main course, we had the house specialty – dalmatinska tećada – a rich and flavorful dish with red snapper, scampi, and pasta in a delicious sauce.

Our waiter, Ante, was excellent – friendly, professional, and recommended a wine that paired beautifully with the food. We ended with the chocolate rhapsody for dessert, which was simply phenomenal.

We had a perfect lunch for two. We ve visited for the first time but thanks to an amazing waitress we had a such a great and warm feeling like we re at home. Nowdays it s such a pleasure to meet someone who works with joy and is so good at it. We had set inside since it was extremely hot day but their garden looks very nice and romantic and we took a recommendation of a waitress - daily fish menu, creamy risotto, and perfect appetiser "dalmatinski pijat" !
