Centrum — Restaurant in Grad Makarska

When i frist got to the restaurant, i got the menu quit fast, that's the only thing wich is fast.

When im done looking at the menu, knowing what i want, i closed the menu and started waiting for a servant.

Sadly that took about 10 minutes, then he came, after that i had to call him several times, cuz he didnt stay to hear what we wanted to drink.

Wouldnt be the biggest problem if the restaurant were full, but it wasnt, and one of the servants were sitting at a table smoking and talking, while we waited to order.

It took roughly about 20 minuts for the food to get ready, and for a spaghetti, a omelet, and not even a full restaurant, that's way to much.

The food was not especialy good, the spaghetti tasted like it just got a tour in the microwave, and I got no pamesan chees. And the omelet was quit a'right.

So restaurant gets 1 star, would have been 2 if the servant, would have been just a...

Had late lunch there on October 31st, 2020

The pozitive aspect is that they offer a few dishes gluten free specifically, evan out of season. That was tasty and really gluten free.

On the other hand, we were NOT so lucky with "tuna stake" which was questionably fresh, probably de-frosted that moment, overcooked, and partially not estable. Half an hour after eating it, it caused severe diarrhea and intestinal pain which lasted throughout the night.

Note to staff: I know that it's out of season, but in that case, don't offer some food that you don't have fresh!

PS. Not to mention that tables were not a par from one another which they should have been due to COVID-19...

Five stars to their pizzas. The ingredients were fresh and the crust is just right (not too thick, not too thin). For a pizza place, this restaurant is perfect, perfect, perfect. Deducting one star for the cheese lasagne that my partner ordered. It was an underwhelming, bland bechamel, cheese and lasagna pasta. It lacked spices and a freshness that a simple tomato layer and/or oregano could have provided, as expected by the picture on the lasagna page in their menu.
