Can't give this place anything other than 5 stars. We arrived early, which was lucky, as during our meal so many people had to be turned away. Service was polite and felt personal. We shared a starter of mixed spicy salamis. They were excellent. Bread is provided( including black bread) which was a first any very tasty. The wine was from a local supplier and we enjoyed it. Our mains were both filet steaks which were perfectly cooked and came with beautiful dauphinoise potatoes and a mixture of stir fried vegetables. I called before and the owner was extremely polite when informing they still had places available.
When we arrived, 10 minutes later, we had a table already prepared for us. The food was nicely done and the filet mignon was amazing!
Many places have good ratings when searching for a nice restaurant in Poreč, and upon arrival it is already not understandable how that place had gotten good reviews…
I must say that I finally had a nice and well made food in Poreč together with an extremely polite and courteous service.

Read moreThe food was ok, nothing special. Fish well cooked, but nothing fresh from the Adriatic. The shrimp were gooey, poorly prepared. Squid mediocre as well as clams. The staff is friendly, but until we asked, they didn't set the plate and fork for the small child. The wine is a good recommendation, but the first glasses they poured for us were too warm for the white wine. The wines ordered later are of good temperature. The tables outside are only available large for 6 people or small for 2 people, so the three of us at that small table were quite cramped after the food arrived...
