OX Steaks, Grill & Burgers — Restaurant in Grad Poreč

Honestly, everything here is sublime. The food is amazing, the people seem happy to help you out and the "not-so-secret garden" is a great place to dine!

We ate here for our 1st wedding anniversary. We had amazing food, the truffle pasta with steak (500gr) was amazing. Tender, juicy and beautifully grilled. My wife had a different kind of meat. A kind of meat with different layers where every bite had a different taste. Ofcourse I tried a bite as well and this was also amazing!

If you are a meatlover, you won't be disappointed by coming here!

The only downside is the smoking inside. We were here with a 4.5 month old baby and our 3 year old son and people around us were smoking.

This counts for all restaurants in Croatia ofcourse and it's mostly the people's fault, but inside should be smoke free in my honest opinion.

Definitely the best place to eat high quality and delicious meat in Porec . We order a wide variety of cuts and all of them were amazing and had a fair price . We also got a great recommendation by the waiter - a meat with white truffles that was absolutely amazing. There is also a lot of tasty sauces to try out . For the bad part : the service was extremely underwhelming - the waiter was nice and patient but after the order arrived, we didn’t get any service . The waiter didn’t come to ask us once how is the meal and also when we finished eating I had to call him myself to pick up the plates , then I waited again and had to call him again to get the dessert menu . Feels like after they give you the dish they forget about you. But since the food was top tier quality and taste I had to keep the 5 star score , hopefully they will improve...

We ordered different dishes, burgers, Tomahawk, tenderloin and flanksteak.

Burgers were good, gf had a chickenburger which was really good, i normally dont enjoy those that much but this one was good. Tenderloin was nice, nicly cooked too!

Unfortunately my flank steak was completely destroyed, ordered medium but it was cooked through and through...its the first time i ever complaint in a restaurant but i just couldnt enjoy it. The staff apologized and came with a new flank steak, this time a bit too raw but it was much better than the previous one. The quality of the meat is good, though i find 54 euro for a 400 gram flank steak way too much..

Would recommend though and...
