The Perfect Hotel in the Heart of Poreč!

We spent a few wonderful days at the Golden Key Hotel and were absolutely delighted! The hotel is located in a quiet corner of the old town, just a few minutes’ walk from the waterfront and main attractions. The atmosphere is cozy and stylish, with great attention to detail.

Our room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. We especially appreciated the comfortable bed and high-quality linens. Breakfast was exceptional — varied, fresh, and very tasty. Special thanks to the hotel manager — Mr Kresimir and his wife Sanja, they was incredibly friendly and attentive, offering great recommendations for restaurants and beaches.

Wij waren hier een week samen met onze volwassen zoons. Werden correct ontvangen echter bleek bij ontvangst dat parkeren niet gratis was. Het bleek tien euro per dag. Verder geen probleem maar wij hadden vantevoren contact hierover gehad en hadden dat toen graag alvast gehoord omdat het bijdroeg aan onze keuze voor een huur auto. Kamers bleken ruim, Badkamer iets minder ruim met lekkende douchedeur. Bed werd elke dag opgemaakt. Helaas geen balkon ofzo dus je kon niet even een drankje doen samen na een dag rondstruinen maar goed daar heb je genoeg terrasjes voor in de buurt. Het bed&breakfast zit namelijk heel centraal tussen strand en oude centrum. Het ontbijt was goed alhoewel de verwachtingen zo hoog waren dat het daar niet aan kon voldoen. Wellicht ook omdat wij meestal bij grotere hotel ketens zittenen dus meer keuze gewend zijn. Als laatste de opmerking dat de gastheer perfect was. Hij hielp waar mogelijk, gaf advies wanneer je er om vroeg een ook toen wij een dokter nodig hadden hielp hij goed en hield ons kalm.
