Ured Beach Bar — Restaurant in Općina Bol

The food at this venue is terrible, do not order! We were served 2 day old Japanese, one was sushi which when it arrived the raw tuna was literally black and the avocado rock hard. The poke bowl had dry rice and old salad ingredients. It was supposed to be spicy crab but was literally crab meat from the supermarket? It was so expensive as well, 12.50 euro for small pieces of sushi and 17.50 for the poke bowl. When we complained the waiter said that he had explained that the sushi wasn’t fresh and that it was delivered from another company. When we asked him when the food was delivered he said it was delivered the day before, and made much earlier. It’s disgusting that this place thinks it’s okay to serve 2 day old food, especially sea food (raw as well) to people for the price they expect. You cannot charge people that price for old food. The staff were rude when we explained that we shouldn’t have to pay and made a rude remark about us leaving a tip and forgetting about it. They tried to justify that they had told us the sushi wasn’t fresh when we arrived, but they didn’t tell us that it was 2 days old? They are completely different things. They tried to imply that we obviously liked the food enough to eat it but neither of us finished our food and even if we had barely touched it, the point is that you can’t serve old food to guests. They shouldn’t order as much sushi/poke bowels from the catering company if they can’t sell them the day they’re made,...

Walked into this beach bar and wasn’t greeted or acknowledged. We waited for a menu but never got one, so I went up to the bar where I was passed around before someone finally took my order. Maybe it’s meant to be more of a self-service place, but if so it wasn’t at all clear. After 20 minutes only one pizza arrived, with an explanation about delays and missing ingredients. The second pizza came more than half an hour later, and neither were particularly good. We ended up spending about 90 minutes here. After nearly two weeks in Bol with nothing but great experiences elsewhere, this was the only real disappointment. Service is so bad. No one came even after we pressed the call button. Pina Colada tasted like water and they charge 15 Euros. These are Marbella prices where you have way better service, better beaches, and better cocktails. The benches were so dirty and the place doesn't look as good in the pictures as it does in real time. I would not recommend thisplace at all.
