I recently visited Caffè Nero Dasoudi at 45 Promaxon Eleftherias, Agios Athanasios, Limassol, and was extremely disappointed with my experience. Despite the scorching 40+ degree temperature outside, the café does not allow small dogs inside where the air-conditioning is. Instead, they force customers with dogs to sit outside where the ceiling fans were not working. The staff showed no interest in turning on the fans or placing them correctly, leaving us to suffer in the heat.

It's 2024, yet Caffè Nero Dasoudi still discriminates against small dogs. While I understand the need to maintain cleanliness and order, prohibiting dogs entirely is excessive. Allowing dogs inside, providing a bowl of water, and ensuring owners take responsibility for any mess would be a much more sensible approach. So let me tell you this, this place has a great atmosphere 📚 💡and I used to choose it for that reason alone until the last time I had to use the toilet. It was gross. Dirty and smelly 😮‍💨. I understand that a lot of people go there every day but that's not a reason to leave the toilets without cleaning. More people means more profit 💰, equals more money to clean your toilets more often. And it's not only about cleaning because the toilet needs a renovation. It's a pity that the men behind this business don't care about their customers. The coffee? It was lovely and same for the apple pie. Nothing to complain about the service. It is as it should.
