Recently, my experience with Pizza Hut has been getting worse and worse. The quality of the food has diminished greatly. I can’t pinpoint what exactly the issue is, but the cheese on the pizza tastes different and the Philadelphia stuffed crust (which I used to RAVE about to all my friends abroad because it was something we only had here) doesn’t hit the same anymore. But last night was the last straw for me. My partner and I ordered 2 pizzas and wingstreet, spending €40, just for the order to arrive over 1 hour and 20 minutes later. The delivery driver claimed that his app had given him a different street/building number, so he had been waiting in the wrong building for 15 minutes, despite us both calling each other repeatedly and me repeatedly stating that he couldn’t possibly be in the right place because I was standing at my door and he was not there. Naturally, the food arrived soggy and cold. We had already called Pizza Hut an hour after initially placing the order, so we called back and were told that we could either have someone come back to pick up the order and redeliver it (so another hour added to the 1.5 hours we’d been waiting at this point I guess. Mind you were are absolutely ravenous by this point, so this was not an option); or we would be given a 50% off coupon for our NEXT ORDER, which would, for some unknown reason, take 2 weeks to arrive/be redeemable. What? To add to the tomfoolery, the customer service representative did not apologize a single time, and was rude and standoffish to my poor starving partner and myself. The 50% off coupon is utterly useless to us, because we will most certainly not be ordering again. Read moreThis place is an absolute disgrace. We were in a hurry and spoke to the waitress about this, asking how long the food would take. 15 to 20 mins she assured us. What she didn't mention was that it would take 10mins before she came to our table and 3 different servers told her we were still waiting to be served before she came. We ordered wedges with pizza, they didn't come. We waited, they didn't come. We ate our pizza, they still didn't come. We asked where they were by getting up from our table and going to the till and she seemed surprised we hadn't had them. She went to the kitchen and clearly did it herself as what came was a few wedges thrown in a dirty bowl with sauce slapped around the pot. As it was put on the table I said I wasn't eating that and asked to speak to the manager. She questioned me as to why so I had to ask 3 times. He came and said the bowl wasn't dirty, it looked like that from going under the grill. He made no comment on how long we had waited or that out order had not been correctly fulfilled. He probably thought we were tourists so it didn't matter but instead we live here and have told everyone to avoid this particular pizza hut. The service is appalling. Read moreNo service, waiter forgot half of our order, even if he was placing the order on a tablet, i dont blame him because he was new, but as a new waiter the manager shouldnt allow him to take order, at least not alone because i was asking for dishes to describe and he was telling me 'i dont even know myself', they brought us used plates dirty and literally smelling pizza with tomato sauce on it etc, they charged extra cheese on garlic bread and pizza and there wasnt cheese and many other things. We got an ice cream for my 4 year old and it was expired. Seems that it got defrost and then put it back in the freezer it was very bad. No discount for their mistakes on food but thats not the worst, they even charged things that we never got. I told them and their reaction was 'oh' they didn't offer discount or money back, as i was leaving i said to them all the mistakes just to know and be careful for other client they said ok thank you and thats it.
